IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Return request must be initiated within Thirty (30) Days. To initiate a return, please email info@pocketfetaldoppler.com (and include your Order Number).
- All items must be in its original packaging with all the accessories you've received it with.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be paid by the buyer unless the product is defective.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE:
- Please email us at info@pocketfetaldoppler.com (and include your Order Number).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS:
- Please allow 5 to 8 business days to process your return from the date we receive your parcel
IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER:
- Please let us know immediately as we are only able to correct your shipment if it has not been shipped. Therefore, please report to us right away so that we can do our best to catch the order and modify it before it is shipped.
- However, if the item has been shipped, we are not able to do much until it is returned back to us as an "Undeliverable" in which we will be able to re-send the package back to your correct address.
CANCELLING A TRANSACTION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
- If you had accidentally made a purchase and you would like to cancel your order before shipment for any reason, please email us immediately at info@pocketfetaldoppler.com with your Order Number so that we are able to cancel your shipment immediately.
- Do note that if the item has already been shipped, your refund will be issued once the item is returned back to us.
